In the early 1900’s, while working in the salumerias of Little Italy, Patsy Lancieri perfected “New York Style Pizza”. In 1933, he opened the city’s first pizzeria restaurant on 118th Street and First Avenue, thus establishing himself as New York’s foremost pizza baker and inspiring scores of imitators.
Over sixty years later, Patsy’s Pizzeria still proudly serves famous recipe old world style pizza throughout the city. Visit us at one of our six locations and see why Patsy's Pizzeria has been a favorite for so many decades!

Aweful!! My pizza had hardly any cheese and arrived ice cold, I live 2blocks away . Patsy's use to be great , my last two orders were terrible. New owners maybe? If you're expecting the old Patsy's, you're out of luck.

expensive delivery minimum, but amazing pizza! I usually get the insalata mista (individual sized) and it's big enough for 1-2 people alone, or multiple people with pizza.

Pizza base wasn't fresh.

pasta is oily AND not tasty. It's affiliated with Angelo's but Angleo's is 100 times better!

My family loves this place. My parents love the linguine fra diavolo al fruitti di mare. My boyfriend and I love the pizza with pepperoni. Sometimes we order the spaghetti and meatballs too. The insalata siciliana is great too. What I am not the fan of are the eggplant parm (too thickly cut and overly breaded) and the cheesecake, which is not very flavorful. But its such a great place for consistent and delicious pizza that is not greasy! Delivery is usually less than 30 minutes.

Overpriced and under-loved. $2.50 for extra sauce on a small pie??? Really?? I just paid $30 for a small pie with SKIMPY overpriced toppings. $30!!!! For a small pie!!

Pizza Special Instructions: No Cheese. The result was cheese all over my pizza. Patsy's should learn how to read.

Not only did they raise all their already-too-high prices, but now they have a $20 minimum for delivery? If this place is trying to lose my business, it's doing a great job of doing so.

Somewhat overpriced, but often (not always) good delivery pizza. Very miserly with the cheese sometimes. Nice salads.

Pizza is great, but check it before the delivery guy walks away. They don't transport it level and the cheese slides off!

NOTE: They refuse to substitute any side pasta or pastas included with dishes - they make you pay full price of substituted pastas. On top of which the manager was rude about it.

Tremendous pizza.

The size of the pasta portions was beyond small. I like the food at Patsy's and it is a great place to go, but as for delivery, the food is expensive given the extremely stingy sized portions. I was embarrassed for the place when I saw my meal. I couldn't believe they actually sold that for what I paid.

Yummy! A lot of food for a reasonable price! The rigatoni bolognese is really good!

Really great mozzarella style pizza. Similar to Lombardi's, Grimaldis, and Angelo's. The pepperoni pie is just about perfect.
